Description

Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip is one of my favorite dishes to make in the Instant Pot; it's a perfect and quick recipe for any time. Whether it is for the big game day, high school graduation party, or a family BBQ, it's so easy to make, and it's delicious.

Ingredients 

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cup Franks Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Place chicken breast in the Instant Pot, add 1 cup of water, and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
  • Release pressure and remove chicken. Pour out the water.
  • Shred the chicken and place it in the Instant Pot. Add the cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.
  • Cook on high pressure for 2 minutes.
  • Release the pressure and add the shredded cheese. Stir the mixture until the cheese is melted and smooth.
  • Serve with chips, celery, and carrots.
