When I think of summer, I can't help but think of peach crisp. It's the perfect thing to enjoy when the weather is hot outside and you want something sweet and delicious. But I hate having to turn on my oven in the summertime. That's where the air fryer comes in! You can cook peach crisp in your air fryer without heating up your kitchen. Plus, it's just as good as oven-baked peach crisp. Give it a try!

Ingredients 

Peach Filling:

  • 30 ounces peaches, sliced and drained
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping:

  • 2/3 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup pecans, diced
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted and unsalted
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Mix all filling ingredients together in a large bowl and pour into the bottom of an air fryer safe baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the topping ingredients until well combined and a crumbled texture.
  • Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly across the top of the peach filling.
  • Place the baking dish in your air fryer basket or tray and bake for 14-17 minutes at 330F on the air fry setting, or until the topping is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Allow the peach crumble to slightly cool before serving. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, enjoy!
