Description

This was such a fun lunch. I made these easy wonton taco cups, they are the perfect appetizer or lunch for the kids. They are fun to eat, they would look great on a holiday table as the main appetizer. Everyone loves to add their favorite toppings to their own Air Fryer Taco Cups!

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound ground beef, lean
  • 2 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Rotel tomatoes, with green chilies
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, shredded

Toppings: Sour Cream, Guacamole, Shredded Mexican Cheese, Salsa, etc.

    Instructions

    • Start by adding your meat to a pan. Break up the meat, so it cooks evenly.
    • Set into the air fryer and air fry for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F.
    • Check your meat if it's cooked, all the way through removing the meat, otherwise add a couple of minutes.
    • Drain the cooked brown meat, and stir in the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes and green chilies.
    • Spray your muffin tin with olive oil
    • Line your muffin tin with a wonton wrapper.
    • Add about 1-2 tablespoons of taco meat into the center.
    • Set into the air fry for about 3-5 minutes. As soon as the wonton wrappers start to crisp up, remove.
    • Add your toppings.
    • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
