Description

Have you ever tried air frying a cookie? If not, then you're in for a real treat! This giant caramel pecan air fryer cookie is absolutely delicious and so easy to make. You only need a handful of ingredients, and the results are amazing. Be sure to give it a try!

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup butter, unsalted and room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup caramel baking bits
  • 1/2 cup pecan, diced

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup caramel baking bits
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt

Instructions

  • Spray a 7 inch round baking pan with spray oil.
  • In a large bowl using a hand mixer combine the butter and 2 sugars together until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla.
  • Next beat in the baking soda, salt and flour.
  • Gently stir in the pecans and ½ cup of caramel bits.
  • Pour the batter into your prepared pan.
  • Air fry at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • In a small microwave safe bowl combine the ½ cup of caramel baking bits with the heavy cream and microwave for 30 seconds or until the caramel is melted and smooth.
  • Drizzle all over the top and sprinkle with coarse salt.
