Ingredients
1/2cupbutter, unsalted and room temperature
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1/2cupbrown sugar
1largeegg
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt
1 1/2cupall-purpose flour
1/2cupcaramel baking bits
1/2cuppecan, diced
Topping:
1/2cupcaramel baking bits
1tablespoonheavy cream
1teaspooncoarse salt
Instructions
Spray a 7 inch round baking pan with spray oil.
In a large bowl using a hand mixer combine the butter and 2 sugars together until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg and vanilla.
Next beat in the baking soda, salt and flour.
Gently stir in the pecans and ½ cup of caramel bits.
Pour the batter into your prepared pan.
Air fry at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
In a small microwave safe bowl combine the ½ cup of caramel baking bits with the heavy cream and microwave for 30 seconds or until the caramel is melted and smooth.
Drizzle all over the top and sprinkle with coarse salt.
