In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugars, then add the egg and vanilla extra, mix well, then fold in the sour cream.
In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt. Mix well.
Combine the wet mixture into the dry mixture, place the batter into the refrigerator for about an hour to chill up.
Spray the donut molds with cooking spray, and then pour the batter into the donut cavity, filling about 2/3 the way full.
Set into the air fryer for 10-12 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer sitting, until the donuts are done baking.
When the donuts have cooled, remove them from the donut mold, and start making the glaze.
To Make the Glaze: In a large saucepan, add the heavy cream, and bring to a light simmer, and then mix in the chocolate chips, mix well, remove from heat, and mix in the butter. Continue to whisk until smooth. Dip the donut into the chocolate glaze and immediately, then sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
