Prepare The Cake For Cake Pops: Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl, add 1 cup of frosting into the crumbled egg, and mix well. Use a hand mixer, and mix until the cake is crumbly.
Shape: Use your hands, and make about 1-inch balls. And place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place the baking sheet into the freezer, until the cake balls are frozen solid.
Adding The lollipop Stick: Once the cake balls are frozen, dip your lollipop stick into the frosting, and then into the cake pop. Return the cake balls to the freezer, for another 20 to 30 minutes.
Melt The Candy: Melt the candy, both orange and green, per the package's instructions. Then dip the cake ball into the orange, and then drizzle some green on top. Add a mini chocolate chip on top, while the icing is wet. Return the cake balls to the freezer, and freeze until they're frozen
