Description

Air Fryer Macaroni and Cheese Muffins -- Macaroni and cheese is a classic dish that many people love. Air fryer macaroni and cheese muffins are an innovative twist on the traditional recipe, using some of your favorite ingredients in a fun new way!

Ingredients 

  • 4 cups macaroni and cheese, cold
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs, sesaoned
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese + additional for topping
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Spoon the mac n cheese mixture into a prepared muffin tin. **Make sure to spray the muffin tins generously with non-stick spray, so the muffins are easy to remove.
  • Set the pan into the air fryer, set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the macaroni and cheese is bubbling.
  • Then top each muffin with additional shredded cheese. Air fry for another 2 to 3 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese melted.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
