Description

Mushrooms are a classic appetizer, and for good reason – they're delicious! But they can also be a little fussy to make. Not anymore though, thanks to the air fryer! These Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms are super easy to make, and so tasty. You'll love them!

Ingredients 

  • 12 mushroom caps
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • First, take the caps off the mushrooms
  • Then mix the bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.
  • Then place the filling into the mushroom, repeat until they are done.
  • Then set your temperature at 360 F for 10 minutes.
  • I sprayed mine with olive oil spray, and they came out wonderful.
  • Finally, add some cheese (I used mozzarella) and then add back until it melts.
