Description

Instant Pot Chicken Alfredo such an easy and delicious recipe. 

Ingredients 

  • 16 ounces alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 large chicken breast, diced
  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted

Instructions

  • Add the butter to the Instant Pot, press the saute button, let the butter slowly melt.
  • Once the butter is melted,  add the chicken to the Instant Pot.
  • Saute until the chicken is golden brown.
  • Then add all of the other ingredients in, add the lid, making sure it is in the sealing position.
  • Set manual high pressure for 3 minutes, and when the time is done, do a natural release.
  • When all of the pressure has been released, open the lid.
  • Stir and season with some grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
