Description

Move over, french fries. There's a new fry in town, and its name is parsnip. These air fryer parsnip fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making them perfect for dipping in your favorite sauce. Plus, they're gluten-free and vegan-friendly, so everyone can enjoy them! So give these fries a try - you won't be disappointed.

Ingredients 

  • 6 medium parsnips
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F.
  • Peel and cut the parsnips into fry shape.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the water, cornstarch, olive oil, and seasoning, and mix well to dissolve the cornstarch.
  • Add your parsnip fries into the bowl and sit for about 10 minutes.
  • Then place your parsnip fries into the air fryer basket, and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway during the cooking process.
  • Remove, and serve with your favorite dip!
