Description

These pumpkin beignets are incredibly easyto make and oh so delicious! Made with no yeast they are way easier to makethan their traditional counterpart but just as delicious.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar

Instructions

  • In a bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Add the pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt and oil and stir to combine.
  • Transfer to a floured surface and knead until you have a smooth dough. With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough until around ½ inch thick. Cut into 8 rectangles.
  • Spraywith the cooking spray and place in the air fryer. Cook at 350 degrees for 10minutes or until golden brown
  • Dust with confectioners sugar and serve while warm.
