Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup green olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 loaf bread, Italian or French
  • 1/2 cup butter, unsalted and room temperature
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, Mozzarella, Cheddar, or Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 2 large scallions, diced

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl, add the sliced green olives and sliced black olives, and the sliced scallions.
  • In a large mixing bowl, blend the room temperature butter and mayonnaise and fold in the olive mixture.
  • Cut the French or Italian bread in half. Set one half of the bread into the air fryer for 4 minutes at 300 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Spread the mixture onto the toasted bread, and then place back into the air fryer for another 5-8 minutes at 300 degrees F. Add teh shredded cheese on top and return it to the air fryer. ,Remove when the cheese is melted, and the bread is golden brown.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
