Ingredients 

  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  • In a small mixing bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture.
  • Spray your bundt pan with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan, filling about 2/3 the way full.
  • Set the pan into the air fryer basket.
  • Turn the temperature to 320 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes, until a wooden toothpick into the cake center comes out clean. Then remove the cornbread.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
