Description

If you're looking for an easy and delicious single-serving dessert, look no further than this air fryer monkey bread recipe. It's made with just a few simple ingredients, and it's perfect for those nights when you want something sweet but don't want to make a big fuss. Give it a try!

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen rolls, defrosted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon butter, unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions

  • Start by letting the rolls defrost, just leave them on the counter, for a few hours.
  • Then cut each roll into 4 pieces.
  • In a small mixing bowl, add the sugar and ground cinnamon, mix well.
  • In another small bowl, melt the butter (I used the microwave) and mix in the brown sugar.
  • Roll the dough into a ball.
  • Dip the dough balls into the cinnamon sugar mixture, and then place in a greased (sprayed with non-stick cooking spray) ramekin. Continue, until you use up all of the dough.
  • Then pour the melted butter and ground cinnamon sugar over the top.
  • Set into the air fryer for 7 to 10 minutes at 330 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Check to make sure the dough is fully cooked, before removing. If not, add another few minutes.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Mug or Ramekin
  • Cooking Spray
