  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/4 cup butter, unsalted
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 3 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1-2 tablespoons thyme, diced

Instructions
