Ingredients 

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats, quick oats, or old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 cup butter, melted
  • 1/8 cup brown sugar, or maple syrup
  • 1 small egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the old-fashioned oats, salt, ground cinnamon, baking powder, pure vanilla extract, melted butter, maple syrup, egg, and milk, fold in the blueberries.
  • Mix well together. Then spray your casserole dish or ramekins with cooking spray.
  • Pour the oatmeal mixture into the greased dish or ramekin. Filling about 1/2 way full.
  • Place your filed dish into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 300 degrees F, and set the time for 10-15 minutes, air fryer setting.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
