Description

Everyone loves air fryer egg rolls, today's batch is made with only a couple of ingredients, and they are amazing! How about a nice hot fresh batch of Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Hot Sauce, or your favorite buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 package Egg Roll Wrappers

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the shredded chicken and Frank's Hot Sauce.
  • Use a pastry brush or your finger, wet the wrapper's edges, and then put about 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling in the center of the egg roll wrapper. Fold the egg roll by folding it, overwrapping the filling. 
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, and then place the egg rolls into the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F for 5-6 minutes.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
