Description

Is there anything better than the smell of fresh banana nut muffins baking in the oven? Today we made a batch of banana nut muffins in the air fryer, which were amazing!

Ingredients 

  • 3 medium bananas, ripe
  • 1/3 cup butter, unsalted & melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup walnuts

Instructions

  • Start by mixing the bananas, butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and flour together in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the walnuts
  • Spray your muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Spread your batter into the prepared pan, and place the tin into your air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 12 minutes.
  • After 12 minutes, my muffins were nice. If they are not, add 2 minutes. Check for doneness.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
