    Notes

Storing and reheating Mahi Mahi cooked in the air fryer is simple. Here's a guide to help you do it right:
    Storage:
    1. Let the Mahi Mahi cool to room temperature after cooking.
    2. Place any leftover Mahi Mahi fillets in an airtight container or wrap them tightly in aluminum foil.
    3. Store the container or wrapped fillets in the refrigerator.
    4. Mahi Mahi can be refrigerated for up to 2-3 days.
    Reheating:
    1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
    2. If your Mahi Mahi has a crispy coating, it's best to reheat it in the air fryer to help retain its texture.
    3. Place the leftover Mahi Mahi fillets in the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer.
    4. Heat for approximately 3-5 minutes, flipping the fillets halfway through for even reheating.
    5. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. The Mahi Mahi should reach 145°F (63°C) to ensure it's safe to eat.
    6. If you don't have an air fryer, you can also reheat Mahi Mahi in a conventional oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or until it's heated through.
    Pro Tips:
    • To help maintain moisture during reheating, you can add a small amount of water, broth, or a splash of citrus juice (like lemon or lime) to the fillets before reheating.
    • If your Mahi Mahi was initially cooked without a crispy coating, you can also reheat it in a microwave. Use a microwave-safe dish, cover the fillets with a damp paper towel, and microwave in short intervals until heated through.
By following these steps, you can enjoy your air-fried Mahi Mahi even after it's been stored in the refrigerator.
