Description

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Start by cracking the egg white in a large mixing bowl, beat until frothy, add in the salt and pepper.
  • Add the chicken wing pieces into the bowl, and allow them to sit for about 15 minutes.
  • Set them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Set the temperature to 380 degrees for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, using tongs, flip the chicken wings.
  • Then increase the temperature to 400 degrees F for another 5 minutes
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!
