Ingredients
1/2poundlump crabmeat
1/2cupmayonnaise
4ouncescream cheese, room temperature
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoonhorseradish
1tablespoonlemon juice
1/2tablespoonOld Bay Seasoning
2teaspoonsminced garlic
1tablespoonchives, diced
2sheetspuff pastry dough
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 385* for 5 minutes
Roughly chop crab meat.
In a medium mixing bowl combine crab meat, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Worcestershire, horseradish, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, chives, and minced garlic. Stir well to combine.
Cut puff pastry dough into 4 x 4“ squares.
Add a scoop of the crab mixture to the center of each puff pastry. Fold each corner over the top and into the center. Pinch to seal.
Place seafood puffs into the air fryer and lightly spray the tops with olive oil or canola oil. Cook for five minutes.
