Ingredients
Greek Burger:
1poundground beef, or ground lamb
1/4cupfeta cheese, crumbled
2teaspoonsminced garlic
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
Toppings:
4largehamburger buns
1/4cupTzatziki sauce
1largecucumber, sliced
1largetomato, sliced
1largered onion, sliced
1/4cupspinach leaves
1/4cupfeta cheese, sliced
Instructions
Mix the ground beef or lamb, feta cheese, minced garlic, and seasonings in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well until the cheese has been incorporated into the beef or lamb mixture.
Divide your ground meat into four even-sized burger patties. Place on the air fryer tray, and set the temperature to 380 degrees F for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, flip the burgers and air fry them for another 5 minutes.
