Description

Air Fryer Walking Tacos -- Walking tacos are one of my favorite things to make in the air fryer. They’re so easy and quick to put together, and they always taste delicious. Plus, they’re perfect for a party or get-together – everyone can customize their own taco however they like. Here’s how I make mine…

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, lean
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning, homemade or store-bought
  • 6 packages Doritos , 1.75 ounces each
  • 8 ounces Mexican Cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup black olives, diced
  • 1/4 cup green scallions, diced

Instructions

  • Add your ground beef to the baking pan, and then season it with the taco seasoning mix. Use a spatula to break up the meat.
  • Set the pan into the Air Fryer Basket and set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, and air fry for 10 minutes. Use your spatula to stir about halfway through the cooking process. Stir well, and then drain.
  • Without opening the bag, crush the chips, pour about 2 to 3 tablespoons of cooked ground beef, add the cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream., olives and scallions!
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
