Air Fryer Egg Lasagna -- If you love lasagna but are looking for a lighter, healthier version, try this air fryer egg lasagna! It's packed with protein and veggies and is much lower in calories than the traditional dish. Plus, it's easy to make and can be on your table in under 12 minutes. Give it a try tonight!

Ingredients 

  • 3 large egg, room temperature
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce

Serve With: Fresh Basil Leaves and Shredded Parmesan Cheese

    Instructions

    • Spray your casserole dish with cooking spray.
    • In a small bowl, beat the eggs, and then season with salt and black pepper.
    • Add about 1 ½ cup of cheese to the eggs, mix well, and pour into the prepared casserole dish.
    • Set into the air fryer at 330 degrees F, air fryer setting. And cook for 5 to 8 minutes, until the eggs are cooked.
    • Add the sauce, and the rest of the shredded mozzarella cheese, and air fry, until the cheese is melted (about 2 to 4 minutes at 250 degrees F, air fryer setting)
    • Serve with shredded mozzarella cheese and fresh basil.
