Normally, when you think of lobster, you might think of a luxurious seafood dinner that is reserved for special occasions. But what if I told you that there was an easy way to make lobster tails at home on your Blackstone griddle? With this simple recipe, you can add some delicious and exotic flair to your next backyard barbecue! Trust me, your guests will be impressed. So fire up your Blackstone griddle and lets get started!

Ingredients 

  • 4 medium-sized lobster tails, frozen or thawed
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Serve with additional melted butter or sliced lemons

    Instructions

    • Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to low-medium until hot. Then prepare the lobster; using kitchen shears, butterfly its tail and cut down the center to the lobster from the body. Pull the lobster meat up.
    • Brush your exposed lobster meat with melted butter, and season with salt and black pepper using a pastry brush.
    • Place the lobster--meat side down and grill for 4-5 minutes on low-medium heat, then flip 3-4 more minutes on the grill. Serve with lemon and melted butter.
    • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
