Description

Air Fryer Shrimp Deviled Eggs -- If you're looking for a delicious and healthy appetizer to serve at your next gathering, look no further than air fryer shrimp deviled eggs!

Ingredients 

  • 6 large eggs
  • 12 large shrimp, deveined and peeled
  • 3 tablespoon mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh and chopped

Instructions

  • Place your eggs into the air fryer basket, and set the temperature to 250 degrees F, air fryer setting and cook for 15 to 17 minutes. Remove the eggs from the air fryer basket, and place them into ice water. Let cool completely.
  • Halve the peeled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. Saute your shrimp in a tiny bit of olive oil until pink and allow to cool.
  • Chop shrimp and mix with egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings in a medium bowl, stirring until well blended.
  • Spoon the shrimp mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with the parsley if desired. Place the eggs on a serving plate and serve at once or cover and refrigerate for two hours before serving.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
