Ingredients 

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, salted, melted and cooled
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 14.75 ounces sweet corn, cream style
  • 15.25 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
  • 8.5 ounces Jiffy Cornbread Mix

Instructions

  • Mix together the honey, sugar, eggs, cream, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the cream corn, drained whole corn, and Jiffy mix and stir until thoroughly combined
  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
  • Bake, at 320 degrees F, covered in aluminum foil, in the air fryer for 50-55 minutes, until the center is set with just a slight jiggle.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
