These light and fluffy biscuits are perfect for a quick and easy breakfast or snack. And thanks to the air fryer, they're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. So good, you'll never want to make regular biscuits again!

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons butter, or shortening
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  • Start by mixing together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  • Mix in the butter, and blend until crumbly, then add the milk.
  • Roll out the dough onto a floured surface.

  • I used parchment paper and lined the bottom of the air fryer basket with them.

  • Spray non-stick cooking spray on the parchment paper.
  • Knead the dough, until smooth.  Then you can either cut out the biscuits with a biscuit cutter or use freehand to shape them.
  • Set the time for 10 to 13 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Let cool, slightly, then plate and serve.
