Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Green Beans, washed, trimmed, and dried
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Start by setting up your dredging stations. In one bowl, mix the flour, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix your egg and milk, and in the last bowl, add the breadcrumbs.
  • Dip your green bean into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Make sure to shake off any excess as you bread your green beans. Otherwise, as you air fry it, it will clump up.
  • Spray your basket with olive oil. Place your breaded green beans into the basket, single layer, and not touching. Generously spray the coating with olive oil so that it can crisp up.
  • Set the temperature to 390 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 3 minutes.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Equipment
