Description

Air Fryer Maple and Brown Sugar Bacon -- Air fryers are all the rage right now. They say that air frying is healthier than deep frying because it reduces oil absorption and produces less heat in your kitchen. The food tastes just as good too! Maple and brown sugar bacon is one of my favorite dishes to make using an air fryer. It only takes 10 minutes to cook, so you can get breakfast on the table quickly without having to worry about heating your house with a stovetop or oven. Next time you're making breakfast for friends or family, give this recipe a try!

Ingredients

  • 6 strips bacon
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  • Start by lining the bottom of your air fryer with aluminum foil.
  • Then cut your bacon into strips that fit in the air fryer basket (on top of the foil)
  • Then in a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and maple syrup.
  • Spread over the bacon strips.
  • Set the temperature for 360 degrees F, and the time for 7 minutes, after 7 minutes flip, for another 7 minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer, plate, serve and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
