Description

Love beets but not sure what to do with them? Try this recipe for Beet Chips in the air fryer! You'll get perfectly crispy chips in minutes. This healthy and tasty snack is perfect for serving at parties or packing in your child's lunchbox. Best of all, the air fryer does all the work — no oil necessary!

Ingredients 

  • 2 large whole beets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt

Instructions

  • Start by peeling the beets.
  • Use a Mandoline and cut the beets, between 1/2 and 1/3 inches thick. Add in the olive oil and salt and coat the beets.
  • Spread the coated beets on the air fryer tray or in the air fryer basket.
  • Set the temperature to 310 degrees for 15-25 minutes, flip the beets with tongs every 3 minutes. If they need additional time, continue air frying and flipping every three minutes until they are done. They will crisp up as they cool down.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
