Description

Air Fryer Corned Beef is easy to make and ready in under an hour. Perfect for the whole family, it can be served as a main or side dish.

Ingredients 

  • 4 pound corned beef brisket

Instructions

  • Place on the air fryer tray and set the temperature to 250 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, check your corned beef with a meat thermometer. You are looking for an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Add another 5-10 minutes, depending on how large your corned beef is, then add the seasoning packet right before serving.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!
