Air Fryer Valentine's Day Brownies --Ever since I discovered the Air Fryer, my life has been changed for the better. Gone are the days of dry chicken and soggy fries! Now with this handy kitchen tool, I can make anything from ribs to brownies in a fraction of the time it would take me on the stove or oven. And today's recipe is no exception- these Valentine's Day Brownies are positively irresistible! With only five ingredients and 20 minutes of prep time, you'll be able to bake your sweetheart their favorite dessert without sacrificing your healthy eating habits.

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  • Fold in the eggs, and pure vanilla extract, mix well and set aside. In another bowl, add your dry ingredients, flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Spray your brownie or baking pan with cooking spray, then pour your batter into the prepared pan. Set the temperature to 330 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 15 to 20 minutes. Or until the edges start to brown.
  • Let the brownies cool, and then use a heart cookie cutter, and cut the heart brownies out. Frost and decorate as desired.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
