Description

Air Fryer Monster Cookies -- Monster cookies are so good, and they will scare your taste buds right off the bat! These monster cookies are made with peanut butter, oats, M&M's, and chocolate chips. They're soft in the middle and slightly crispy on the outside. Trust me when I say that you'll be scarfing these down before you know it. You might even want to double or triple this recipe because they go fast!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • cup brown sugar
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ cups quick oats
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup M&M’s

Instructions

  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Add Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the quick oats, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix these dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  • Stir in Mix-Ins: Gently fold in the chocolate chips and M&M’s, along with any other mix-ins you desire.
  • Chill the Dough (Optional): For easier handling, refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Form Cookies: Shape the dough into balls, slightly larger than a golf ball, and then flatten them slightly.
  • Bake in Batches: Place cookies in the air fryer basket with enough space between them for air circulation. Depending on your air fryer size, you may need to cook them in batches.
  • Cooking Time: Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the cookies are golden and the edges have a slight crisp.
  • Cooling: Allow the cookies to cool in the basket for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
  • Repeat: Continue with the remaining dough, ensuring the air fryer basket is not overcrowded.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Once cooled, the cookies are ready to serve.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
