Description

Air Fryer Baked Fontina Cheese Dip -- One of my favorite appetizers is the baked fontina cheese dip, but it's even more delicious when I make it in my air fryer! This dish is made up of simple ingredients that you might already have on hand. It only takes about 10 minutes to prep and cooks up in minutes in the air fryer!. The best part? You can eat this cheesy dip with chips or veggies for an easy meal too!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fontina, cheese, diced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, diced
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspon black pepper

Instructions

  • Add your cheese to a baking pan. Mix the olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl, and drizzle over the cheese.
  • Place the pan into the air fryer, and set the temperature to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting, cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until the cheese starts to bubble.
  • Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
