Ingredients 

  • 3 large apples
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • Start by peeling the apples.
  • Slice your apple into wedges.
  • Coat them with the lemon juice.
  • Coat your apple wedges with almond flour, both sides. Use your hands to press it down so it sticks.
  • Spray your basket with cooking spray, and then place your coated apples on top. Spray the coating GENEROUSLY with cooking spray.
  • This will help them crisp up. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 4-5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix the ground cinnamon and sugar, and mix well. Roll the fried apples into the mixture.
