Ingredients 

Lemon Garlic Herb Marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Honey Mustard Marinade

  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Teriyaki Marinade

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Greek Yogurt & Herb Marinade

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

BBQ Marinade

  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

Italian Marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Cilantro Lime Marinade

  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Buffalo Marinade

  • ¼ cup hot sauce, like Frank’s RedHot
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika

Mediterranean Marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Spicy Honey Sriracha Marinade

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Chicken:

  • 1 pound chicken, boneless chicken breast or boneless chicken thighs

Instructions

Marinade:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours, then cook as desired.
  • Grilling: Preheat the grill to medium-high. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for 6–8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Baking: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  • Pan-Searing: Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook the chicken breasts for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Slow Cooker: Place the marinated chicken in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 4–6 hours or on high for 2–3 hours until tender and fully cooked.
