Chicken:
1pound chicken, boneless chicken breast or boneless chicken thighs
Instructions
Marinade:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours, then cook as desired.
Grilling: Preheat the grill to medium-high. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for 6–8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Baking: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Pan-Searing: Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook the chicken breasts for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Slow Cooker: Place the marinated chicken in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 4–6 hours or on high for 2–3 hours until tender and fully cooked.
