Cut 2 pounds Chicken tenders or breasts into strips if needed. Pat dry with paper towels.
Toss the chicken in 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper and 1 teaspoon Salt , then dredge in 1/2 cup all-purpose flour or your favorite breading mix for a crispy crust.
Fry or air fry:
Deep fry: Heat oil to 350°F and fry chicken strips until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Air fry: Spray chicken lightly with oil and air fry at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
In a bowl, mix 1/3 cup Honey , 3 tablespoons Brown sugar , 2 tablespoons Honey powder , 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika , 1 teaspoon Garlic powder , and 1 teaspoon Onion powder .
While chicken is still warm, toss in the hot honey rub until evenly coated and sticky.
Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dip, and extra honey on the side if you’re feeling wild.
