Description

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds Shawarma Chicken thighs
  • 12 ounces hummus dip
  • 12 ounces cauliflower tabbouleh

Instructions

  • Air fry or pan-cook Trader Joe’s Shawarma Chicken Thighs at 400 degrees F for 10–15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  • In each bowl, layer a base of Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Tabbouleh or cooked rice (your choice). Add sliced shawarma chicken, a scoop of Trader Joe’s Hummus Dip, chopped cucumbers, grape tomatoes, and sliced red onions.
  • Drizzle with tzatziki sauce, a squeeze of lemon juice, and garnish with fresh parsley or mint.
