Ingredients 

  • 2 bone-in or boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil over both sides and rub it in to coat evenly.
  • In a small bowl, combine the coarsely ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Press the seasoning mixture generously onto both sides of the pork chops.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Pair with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes or roasted veggies.
