Ingredients 

  • 3-4 russet potatoes
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, or other seasonings,

Instructions

  • Wash and scrub the 3-4 russet potatoes. Cut them into 1-inch thick wedges.
  • Soak the potato wedges in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch for crispy fries.
  • After soaking, pat the wedges dry with a towel. In a large bowl, toss the fries with 1-2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon chili powder,1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and any other seasonings you prefer. Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, or other seasonings
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the seasoned fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crispiness.
