Description

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Grill Instructions: Preheat to medium-high heat.
  • Air Fryer Instructions: Preheat to 400°F for 3-5 minutes.
  • Grill: Thread shrimp onto skewers or place directly on grill grates. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and slightly charred.
  • Air Fryer: Arrange shrimp in a single layer. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
  • Remove shrimp and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top. Serve immediately.
