Description

Make Texas Roadhouse Cinnamon Glazed Carrots at home! Sweet, tender baby carrots coated in buttery cinnamon and brown sugar glaze—perfect as a side dish for steak, chicken, or holiday meals.

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds baby carrots
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, garnish for color and fresh flavor, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Combine 2 pounds baby carrots ½ teaspoon kosher salt , 4 tablespoons unsalted butter , ¼ cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Place carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
  • Set cook time for12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Carrots should be tender and slightly caramelized.
  • Garnish with chopped 1 tablespoon parsley before serving. Serve warm.
