¼cupbrown sugar, packed
1teaspoonground cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Combine 2 pounds baby carrots ½ teaspoon kosher salt , 4 tablespoons unsalted butter , ¼ cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
Place carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
Set cook time for12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Carrots should be tender and slightly caramelized.
Garnish with chopped 1 tablespoon parsley before serving. Serve warm.
