Description

Enjoy the flavors of Texas Roadhouse with this easy Steak Kabob recipe! Perfectly marinated sirloin steak, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and zucchini, grilled to perfection for a delicious, hearty meal.

Ingredients 

Steak Kabob Texas Roadhouse Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Steak, cut into 1-inch cubes.
  • 2 Bell Peppers, cut into chunks.
  • 1 large Onion, cut into wedges.
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, optional
  • 1 small Zucchini, sliced thickly, optional

Texas Roadhouse Steak Kabob Marinade Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, and black pepper.
  • Place the steak cubes in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak and let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator for maximum flavor.
  • Thread the marinated steak cubes onto skewers, alternating with bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, and zucchini slices.
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
  • Remove the kabobs from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
