Tender, juicy chicken cooked in Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce in the slow cooker. Perfect for sandwiches, rice, tacos, or quick weeknight dinners.

4poundsboneless, skinless chicken breasts , or thighs
2cupsSweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
2teaspoonsgarlic powder
2teaspoonsonion powder
1teaspoonblack pepper
1/4cupwater, or chicken broth, optional, for extra moisture
Instructions
Place 4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs in the slow cooker, arranging them in an even layer.
Sprinkle2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons onion powder, and 1 teaspoon black pepper over the chicken.
Pour 2 cups Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce over the chicken, making sure each piece is coated evenly. Add 1/4 cup water or chicken broth if you like extra sauce.
Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Optional: Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks right in the slow cooker. Stir it back into the sauce so every bite is coated.
