Ingredients
For All Flavors:
2cupsraw pecan halves
1tablespoonmelted butter, or neutral oil
Sweet Pecans:
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
1teaspooncinnamon
Salty Pecans:
1teaspoonsea salt
½teaspoonblack pepper
Spicy Pecans:
½teaspoonpaprika
¼teaspooncayenne pepper
½teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Place pecans in a mixing bowl and drizzle with melted butter or oil. Toss until evenly coated.
Choose your flavor and toss pecans with the corresponding ingredients:
Sweet: brown sugar and cinnamon
Salty: salt and black pepper
Spicy: paprika, cayenne, and salt
Spread pecans in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set air fryer temperature to 300 degrees F, or 150 degrees C, and set cook time for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even roasting.
Transfer pecans to a baking sheet to cool. They will crisp as they cool.
