Description

Quick, easy, and irresistibly crunchy, these air fryer roasted pecans are perfect for snacking, topping salads, or gifting. Choose from sweet, salty, or spicy flavors, each bursting with flavor and perfectly toasted in minutes.

Ingredients 

For All Flavors:

  • 2 cups raw pecan halves
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter, or neutral oil

Sweet Pecans:

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Salty Pecans:

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Spicy Pecans:

  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place pecans in a mixing bowl and drizzle with melted butter or oil. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Choose your flavor and toss pecans with the corresponding ingredients:
  • Sweet: brown sugar and cinnamon
  • Salty: salt and black pepper
  • Spicy: paprika, cayenne, and salt
  • Spread pecans in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set air fryer temperature to 300 degrees F, or 150 degrees C, and set cook time for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even roasting.
  • Transfer pecans to a baking sheet to cool. They will crisp as they cool.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature, in the fridge, or freeze for longer storage.
