Description
Using an air fryer is a great way to reheat your leftover fish and chips. It restores the crispy texture while keeping the flavors intact.
Ingredients
2
pieces
fish fillets
,
cooked
2
cups
chips
,
cooked
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes. This ensures even reheating and crispiness.
Lightly spray both the fish and chips with olive oil spray to help restore their golden, crispy texture.
Place the fish in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 4–5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Add the fries in a separate layer (or after the fish is done). Cook for 3–4 minutes, shaking halfway for even crispiness.
Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce.
Equipment
Air Fryer
Cooking Spray
Parchment Paper,
optional
Notes
It's essential to avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure even reheating and maintain the crispiness.
Keep an eye on the food as it reheats to prevent overcooking and burning.
Serve your reheated fish and chips with your favorite condiments, such as tartar sauce, malt vinegar, or lemon wedges, for a delicious meal.
