Description

Recreate the delicious Red Robin Parmesan Garlic Fries at home with this easy recipe. Golden fries tossed in garlic butter, Parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley for a perfect snack or side dish.

Ingredients 

  • 20 ounces Frozen Steak Fries:,
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
  • Olive Oil, Optional: 1 tablespoon (for extra crispiness when baking or air frying

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your air fryer to 400°F. Place frozen steak fries in the air fryer basket, making sure they are evenly spread out in a single layer. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • While the fries cook, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat.
  • Once the fries are golden and crispy, transfer them to a large bowl. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the fries and toss them well to coat. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley on top.
  • Taste and add salt to your liking. Serve immediately and enjoy your crispy, cheesy, and garlicky fries!
