this is a great and light dish. This is perfectly grilled inside your air fryer. I broiled the chicken at the very end, so the sauce would be carmelized, it really enhanced the chicken's flavor. If your air fryer doesn't have the broiler feature, just air fry instead.
Spray your basket or tray with olive oil, and then place the chicken on top. Generously spray the chicken with olive oil,
Set the temperature to 350 degrees F, for 5 minutes. (air fryer setting)
Then spread the sauce over the chicken (the exact time for the chicken, will depend on how thick the chicken breast its, mine were relatively thin) Check the temperature with a meat thermometer.
Broil for 4 minutes, or air fry at 450 degrees F.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
