Ingredients

  • 6-8 Hatch Peppers
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. You can cut the peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and ribs, or roast them. Next, place the peppers skin-side up in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.

  3. After 10 minutes, remove the basket from the air fryer and flip the peppers over so they are skin-side down—Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the skins are blistered and blackened. Finally, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately. Enjoy!
